If you have an Around Mrs. O product that needs repair or has a quality concern, please send us the following information to email@example.com or in the box below:
° a clear picture of the damaged part
° a copy of the receipt/invoice or the order number
° a description of the problem.
Once we have the necessary information, we will inform you how to proceed with the repair/exchange.
* Without the necessary documents, no returns or repairs can be processed.
* Our repair service is free. We only ask you to pay the local postage rate to send your items. All costs will be covered by Around Mrs. O.
* All items returned must be washed and clean. We will not accept dirty clothes.
* If the item is considered unrepairable, we may, at our discretion, find an alternative solution for you.
